Before you buy an item, it’s advised to check the seller’s rating and verifications.
Boxes Buyer Guarantee eligibility
We want you to feel comfortable buying from someone. To ensure you’re covered under the Boxes Buyer Guarantee be sure to do the following:
- Look for the Boxes Buyer Guarantee badge when making your purchase.
- Make sure to make the purchase using credit card via the Boxes credit card payment system. Paying for items through any other means would make the transaction ineligible for the Boxes Buyer Guarantee.
- Do not pay the seller outside of Boxes. If you pay the seller outside of Boxes you’ll lose your Boxes Buyer Guarantee.
Have an issue with an item?
If you didn’t receive your item or the item isn’t exactly what you ordered, Boxes covers your purchase price plus original shipping on all eligible items.
Contact the seller
Try to resolve any issues with the seller directly. If you can’t, open a dispute with Boxes via your invoice. We’ll jump in and help.
Ship the item back
If the seller asks or if a Boxes dispute is ruled in your favor, send the item back to the seller as soon as possible.
Receive your refund
If the seller doesn’t refund your money, ask Boxes to step in and help. If the dispute was opened on Boxes, we’ll work to get you a refund asap.
