Signed old style baseball bat. Pete Gray, from the Hanover section of Nanticoke PA, also know as Rhone, was a one armed baseball player during the WW2 years. He was portrayed by Keith Carradine in the 1986 movie, A Winner Never Quits. Also a close family friend of mine

@noteasybeinggreen check out my other posts. I have a bunch of stuff signed by him. Including a picture of him and I when I was real young.

S

Do you have any other signed stuff of his?

S

Sweet!! I'll have to check out the movie :)

S

That's awesome!

S

Who did he play for?

S

Nice. I used to watch that movie with my dad haha

S

One of the many times I hung out with him. I got to see him and hang out with him about once a weekend throughout the 80s and early 90s. Literally hundreds of times I had been around him. He used to come over my Gram's house and sign cases of baseballs while they drank coffee and talked about their old days.

S

When did he sign the bat?

S

@chariles he was my gram and grandpa's childhood friend, I used to go on walks with him and just listen to his stories all the time. Check out my other picture with him and I from mid 80s.

S

Has your family known him for a long time?
