According to Jetpack, only 400 of these error copies were printed, and a large portion of those 400 were damaged, so this is one of the rare Near Mint copies that still exists. The error is that rather than deep red (see the proper one in my Boxes), the title and art on the cover was printed in a reddish orange.

When was it published?
I found someone selling one on the Technodrome for a lower price than Jetpack sells poor-condition ones on their site, and bought it. It came in today, in great condition. I've seen a couple of these before, and this is the only one I've seen that was NM or anywhere near.
